Terms & Conditions:
- All Ads are subject to GST
- We will design your Ad for FREE
- Advertisers are entitled for (2) proofs. Adherence to the deadline is required for a proof copy to be sent to you for proof reading. If you do not respond by the date specified on the proof copy, your ad will be published as it appears on the proof form, and it will be conclusively presumed that the content of the ad is correct.
- In order to process your ad 50% payment with contract is required
- All cancellations MUST be in writing. Failure to supply art work is not a form of cancellation. NO verbal cancellations are acceptable. Cover and Glossy positioning are non-cancelable
- After the contract is signed, the fee for cancellation is 50% of the ad cost.
- Muslim Pages Inc. reserves the write to refuse to print an advertisement or listing without providing reason
- We are not responsible for printing an advertisement or listing received after the deadline.
- Any advertisement not paid in full by deadline, will not be printed and no refund will be issued. It is absolutely the advertiser's full responsibility to meet the deadlines.
- All ad category placements are the sole discretion of the Muslim Pages. Any ad that has not been assigned a specific category will be placed in the category we deem appropriate.
- The publisher assumes no responsibility for typographical errors, but if at fault, will reprint any portion of an advertisement in which an error has occurred in the following edition of the Muslim Pages.
- Deadlines and publication dates are determent by the Muslim Pages and are subject to change as schedules require without notification.
- The advertiser agrees to indemnify the Muslim Pages Inc. from all liable claims, slander or false/misleading information that is contained in your advert and any copy right infringement claims which may arise with respect to the ad to be printed in this publication.
